# Quarryhill Botanical Garden

One of the largest living collections of wild-sourced Asian plants in the world, gathered over 30 years of expeditions to China, Japan, Korea, and the Himalayas. The 25-acre hillside garden feels more like a botanical expedition than a cultivated park. Spring cherry and magnolia bloom is spectacular.

## Insider Tips
Best in April and May for bloom color, but the stream garden and shaded hillside are pleasant any time of year. The garden is quiet and uncrowded — a genuine respite from Sonoma's busier wine trail. Sturdy shoes recommended for the hillside trails.
